Heat of Compression Dryer

Compressed air, straightforwardly from Air compressor release is taken to Air dryer inlet through separated pipelines, at 120˚C (minimum) temperature. This hot air is passed through one drying vessel where soaked desiccant is recovered by this hot air. In the wake of getting dampness from desiccant mattress, the air is cooled in a middle of the road cooler. Here dampness is dense and evacuated via auto channel valve.

Cooled to 40˚C, this air passes as the second progressed drying vessel where dampness gets adsorbed and dry air turns out. Process duration is 4 hours recovery and 4 hours drying. 4 hours later the changeover of vessels happens immediately. In recovery cycle warming of the mattress is for 2 hours, and from that point the cot is cooled by dry air. After cot cooling, Dry air is again cooled to 40˚C in an alternate cooler and conveyed as Dry air at 40 °C Temperature.
