Spirare Energy has come into a strategic alliance with PERIC for their High Pressure Hydrogen Gas Generating System. This alliance has put Spirare Energy in top of the line solution providers in the industry. An agreement has also been signed for overhauling of existing Electrolyser Stacks and also assembly of new Electrolyser Stacks in India.
High Pressure Hydrogen Gas Generating System was developed by our associates PERIC on the basis of previous scientific result and incorporates the long point of the same kind of devices made at home and abroad. With great investments in Research & Development over the years, high pressure systems have been developed which will deliver the Hydrogen to the process at up to 40 Barg without use of Compressors. The membrane shall be Non asbestos and complete plant can be offered with Purity better than 99.999%. The Dew point of better than (-)80ºC and Oxygen impurity of less than 1 ppm can be obtained depending on customer requirement.
The Instrument controls are the most advanced and the complete Plant can be remotely operated and configured through HMI/computer Work station as per customer requirement. The instruments and Valves are the best in the industry and are from Swagelok / Modentic / Fitok Valves, ASCo / Rotex Solenoid Valves, GE sensing Instrumentation, Rosemount / Honeywell Transmitters, Wika / SOR Switches, SS 316L Piping etc. PERIC Hydrogen Plants have been widely used in many industry sectors such as Semi conductor, Power, Poly silicon, optical Fibre, chemical industry, atmospheric phenomena and glass-making industry and they have been exported worldwide.
We can also offer you Containerized Plants upto 100 NM3/Hr capacity and the whole Plant can be supplied in a 40 feet container requiring minimal Civil works and can be Hydrogen Generation can be started in field within 15 days after receipt of Container at site.
The Power consumption is lowest at 4.6 KW DC/Nm3 for Electrolyzer, thereby saving huge operating costs for the customers. The plants require minimal maintenance.
